The Satya Yoga Immersion is a 9-month program designed to connect you to your truth through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda. The program will enable you to access and gain an intimate knowledge of the ancient living wisdom of yoga. You will develop a sacred community with your peers while inspiring one another to shine brighter than you ever have before.

The Satya Yoga Immersion provides the foundations for lasting, personal growth and healing through the language of yoga. This program serves those who want in-depth yoga training for the purpose of advancing their practice and knowledge, whether or not teaching is a goal. 

TRANSFORMATION BEGINS DAY ONE

Self-study is the heart of Satya Yoga, and the program offers you a one-of-a-kind opportunity to make a deep commitment to learning more about yourself. The Satya community provides you honest, loving support, devoted to offering an atmosphere in which freedom of self-expression, creativity, and passion are encouraged. Being a dedicated student of yoga will help you learn better ways to gain and use self-knowledge, ground and regulate your inner landscape, and positively affect the hearts and minds of those with whom you come in contact. 

 

Through this engagement, you will celebrate personal growth and confidently begin your journey towards sharing the magic of yoga with others.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

MONTHLY MODULES

The program is broken down into 9 modules, covering different aspects of yoga and Ayurveda each month. Each monthly module will consist of 2 weeks of preparation and one week of integration, followed by a week of reflection. 

WEEKLY PRACTICE

You are required to attend weekly virtual classes and maintain a consistent practice. Throughout the duration of the program, you will have access to all offerings within the Yo Soy Satya collective.

MENTORSHIP

You will be assigned a Satya Mentor to guide you throughout the program. Each Satya Mentor is a previous graduate of the program and will be taking the immersion alongside you. You will check-in virtually with your mentor each month to address any questions you may have and be guided deeper into your personal growth.

ACCOUNTABILITY

To keep you connected between live weekends, there will be readings, short videos or audio, and reflection assignments to turn in via our online platform. You will also be assigned a partner to connect with in between sessions to help you both stay accountable and create a deeper sense of community with your fellow yogis.
